I purchased a lemon meringue pie yesterday at the supermarket's bakery. It looks like it has whip cream that was heated w/ a cherry on it. Its for a wedding brunch that were having on wednesday at work. There was a bunch of them on a table at room temp. Im wondering if it will be okay at room temp or if I should just put in in the fridge til wednesday?

I am not sure how is the best way to store it but meringue is egg white and sugar that is cooked and I always store mine at room temp but it is normally eaten with in a day or 2

meringue pies should be stored in the fridge.

Absolutely refridgerate that pie!
