I do an even amount from Santa and from us....all wrapped! My mom used to color code the ribbon.

We put all the Santa presents under the tree wrapped if they can be and we have gift from us underthere as well gifts between mommy and daddy.

Santa does all the gifts here, except last year, eric found a few webkinz (actually i left the bag on my floor in the bedroom and he looked inside) so I made those from us - but usually just santa does the morning gifts & they are unwrapped,

Santa brings one present and its unwrapped under/in front of the tree. All other presents are from us. That's the way my family did it and I think it good as it downplays the Santa thing and doesn't lead to greedy children asking for tons of stuff they don't need.

DH was raised where sibling gifts to each other were under the tree and Santa came and brought 100% of the gifts on Christmas Eve. He said it was magical as a little kid, but felt very lopsided and off as he got older.

I'm not big on the Santa thing, so we do it with one present. Most yrs its been a combined present as well! Its usually something hard to wrap like their play kitchen.

Santa brings 1 gift for each and the rest is from us. Its usually the largest or most special item. I wrap it, but in different paper or in a pretty box.

I'm never sure about the stockings. The girls say Santa fills them, so I usually let them believe that.
