I have a boy and a girl and they're 4 years apart but they do resemble eachother. Their infant pictures are very very similiar though. Lauren looks like me (Im told) and has dh's eyes but from the neck down she is her father. Robert has my eyes and my frame although Im told he is starting to look more like dh! hehe! Personality wise they are polar opposites when comparing them at the same age. Robert is physically very agile, likes to draw and only talks clearly when he feels like it. Lauren at the same age was a bit clutzy, hated to color and was talking in full complete sentences by 1year old. So go figure!

I don't have two kids.. but I can tell you from a family of 6, three boys and three girls, we are all totally different.

Most people think one of my sisters and I look alike. I guess we do have the same physical traits. I'm just a more wimpy version of it.

More than anything I find it interesting how each of us picked up different personality traits from our parents.

My sister and I never looked alike growing up. She is blonde with light eyes and I am brunette with dark eyes and we have very different body types too. But now in our 30's people say we look a alike. We have aged in a similar manner and you can see that we have similar facial structures. We make similar faces, we talk alike and we laugh alike. That is where it ends. From birth on my mom said our personalities were always different-and they still are!

Lots of people have said that my kids look alike but I don't see any resemblance??? I've even had people ask if the two youngest were twins!

Nicky (2) acts a lot like Ryan (5) (enegetic and fiesty) at times- but I think he looks more like Katie (15)- because of his brown eyes- than his other siblings who both have blue eyes.

Emily (4) is very domesticated like mommy whereas Katie seems very career oriented.

All 3 of mine are very different. The boys look alike and Brooke looks totally different with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Brooke is very much artistic where the boys are not.

Brent loves to think and cuddle and is content to sit down and relax. Brooke is a loner ( much like me). Braedon is well a holy terror honestly he's so active and into everything he makes my head spin.
