I have my last appointment for my ankle this afternoon and I am going to bring up TTC to the doctor to see if I can go ahead before I have the metal removed. Last time I spoke to him he said it would be at least September before we scheduled the surgery and I don't really want to put off TTC that long if we are going to. I also don't want to get in a position where the extra weight on my ankle will cause problems and put me on bed rest.

Well, I never got to talk to the doctor yesterday. This dr office has had all kinds of paperwork errors in the time I have been going there and yesterday was the last straw. They pulled teh wrong chart. So my name never got called. By the time a nurse who knows me noticed teh mistake I was already mad, then they sent me to talk to a financial conselor who explained to me that they were supposed to charge me for my previous office visit but hadn't. I kinda went ape$hit on her and told her I was tired of leaving my health in the hands of such incompetant people and that I would be finding another doctor. I really don't need anythign else until I am ready to have metal removed in 6 months, so I guess I'll have to wait and ask my PCP about TTC next time I see him.

Oh I am so sorry! That REALLY SUCKS! I have been very unhappy with my primary dr. lately as well so I now how you feel. I don't blame you for going ape$shit on them either! Good luck and keep us posted!
