Definitely the money issue. I want to be able to stay home with my kids because we really cannot afford a babysitter for 2 kids. Right now it's possible that DH is going to get a job that would pay more than what the 2 of us are making combined right now. My other issue is space in the house. We have a 4 bedroom house, but 1 is an office. My girls already share a room. If we have another, it would be easier if it was another boy. Of course, you can't control that.

We would eventaully have to move too. BUT we are planning a move (or an addition) anyway. My plan is to stockpile money and then when we're busting at the seams, make the move. Looks like that would have to be the plan anyway, because 3 of our neighbors are selling their homes right now. We'd have to rent ours out or something, and what a PITA that is, but... I digress...
