when you're ttc... Print Version

when you're ttc...
What do you do when :witch: shows?

I'm trying not to get my panties all in a bunch over it. Actually, I'm on the first month of the ttc "plan" so I wish this spotting would stop and I'd start full flow so we can get this show on the road.

Normally though... I eat, and then feel fat, and then feel guilty like my being overweight is the whole reason for our fertility problems in the first place (which my re says is ridiculous but anyway)....

I totally know where you are coming from. I never lost the baby weight from Ashley, and if my mom or anyone else brings it up as the reason we're not pregnant I get pissed off. If the RE thought it was such a problem, he would have said something. I regret that I ever had to tell them we were having issues, but I needed surgery. I feel like a walking experiment sometimes.

Anyways, I am finally pg, so I thank God for that. (Of course, I still want the RE to confirm it tomorrow - I am up to 4 POAS lol)

When AF shows up, I just move on, I think about what the new due date would be etc, and I don't worry about it.

I have a WONDERFUL husband, too - that helps. :s4:

I also am thankful everyday for Ashley.

I hope AF shows up soon so your show can get on the road.

I weigh 213 lbs (I was 187 when I got pg with Ashley), so I would say that weight wasn't the issue.

I used to drink a glass of wine when I was TTC and and :witch: came hoping it would be the last time for a while.

If you really want AF to come on full force then put on a pair of new white underwear and white pants, of course ;)

When I was ttc, I always looked at my AF as a fresh start. A new cycle with the hope of a pg. If I got negative results on the evil pee sticks, I couldn't wait til AF showed.

Be good to yourself!
