1st girl after 4 boys...need name help Baby Names Message Board

After 4 boys, I am having a baby girl. We are stuck between 2..Molly and Macey. Other boys names are Michael, Brayden, Matthew, and Bradley....

I like Molly. Macey (Macy) is a cute name but it's pretty popular.

I agree; Macey (Macy & Maci) are fairly popular now. Not to add to your headache, but I LOVE the name Mallory and that was our #2 choice for our girl. I'm having a boy now, so I feel free to tell other people about it, lol.

I like them both. However, if you're steadfastly sticking to adding that extra "e" in Macy, then I vote for Molly, because I prefer traditional spellings.

PS, around here I only know 2 kids named Macy. It's not a super-trendy name or anything. I like it!

PSS Since it's become so "trendy" to pick an unpopular name, those seem to be becoming trendy! There's only 1 joshua in my son's karate class (my son), but 2 kids are named "santino."

PSSS I love your kids names so far, all of them! I have a Matthew and a Brayden and my husband's name is Michael.

I like Molly. I still can't get my head around Macy as anything but a dept. store. Molly is cute and will grow well with her. I also like Heidi's suggestion of Mallory.
