I saw this today on CNN. We had baby-name remorse after naming Charlotte but it was because everyone was so adverse to that name. We stuck with it (but not without LOTS of discussion about changing it) and now she's grown into such a loveable Char.

I had it with Julia. We didn't know if she was a boy or a girl and I was dead set that she would be a boy. I picked out a boy name but DH & I could not find a girl name we both liked. Finally I gave into his choice of Julia. After having her I really didn't like the name at all but it grew on me as well.

I have had remorse about Michael, first because I really wanted his name to be Matthew. Also I don't like the nickname Mike, so I always intro him as Michael and the family all knows to please not call him Mike. Oh and every other male we meet has Michael as a first or middle name.

I had 2nd thoughts with both of ours prior to the birth but had no remorse after the fact.
