Which name do you like best and would pick as a sibling to Owen?

I really like both, but I voted for Giana just because Mia seems a little more popular right now.

I like both, but it might be helpful to know that people are more likely to pronounce Mia correctly. To get them to pronounce Giana the way you prefer you might want to consider a different spelling unless you don't mind constantly correcting them. Most people will lean towards Jee-anna vs. Jee-awe-nah. Also think about possible nicknames. Friends will likely shorten it to just Gi, or Gi-gi. If you don't like those then I'd go with Mia.
