Piece of advice--- stop telling people in your real life the names.
 
You will never please everyone and this is YOUR baby. Your sister can name her baby whatever she wants. This is precisely why we didn't tell the names of our kids until they were born and named. Plus it left us free to change them right up until the very end (which we did).

Good luck whatever you decide.

I love the name Nora. I have a very good friend whose first name is Nora and for some reason she prefers to go by her middle name which a lot of people have. And I think Norma James sounds good.

Beautiful names! My faves are Finley Joy and Evelyn James. My favorite name for a girl is Evan, which kind of reminds me of some of your choices.
