Default Breastfeeding in public washrooms- Would you do it?

I personally hate using public washrooms, even for their intended purpose. But I know malls have family washrooms where parents are supposed to be able to change and feed their babies. Would you breastfeed your baby in a washroom? The idea kind of grosses me out but again, I have no experience in this field yet.

If you are out and you breastfeed and your baby is hungry you do what it takes. Just take a blanket to cover exposed area and baby. Also when changing a baby, i bring my own changing pad to lay down on the changing table. (I also carry alcohol wipes and wipe the table down first lol)

That was another question I had in mind; the changing tables. I avoid touching any surface in public washrooms and laying my baby down on one of them seemed not so clean. But I guess I can carry some Lysol wipes and wipe it down first.

I also carry hand sanatizer in the diaper bag so I use that on my hands after leaving.
