Default clogged ducts?

HI , I have been breast feeding for 14 weeks now , with no problems. Last week I noticed a hard tiny lump , and i have some sore ness? Does this sound like a clogged duct? Are there other symptoms? It freaked me out( thinking omg breast cancer) since I have never has any lumps before. Any suggestions?
It does seem to soften a little after feeding , but is not going away?

Just lurking here but I noticed nobody has replied.

It does sound like you have a clogged duct. I had it while BFing & was told to apply a warm compress (like a warm wet washcloth) and gently massage it toward the nipple. It didn't last long.

Hope you are feeling better!

Thanks for your reply. I will try that and see. It has been a week and a half and it is still there. Now it is getting pretty painful to BF.

There may be more activity there than on this board.

Good luck. I hope its better soon. If you start to feel really achy or lousy like you are getting the flu go to the doctor because that's what mastitis feels like.
