Default clogged ducts---again!
OK< so in the beginning of nursing I had many clogged ducts and had mastitis 2 or 3 times. I had not had to deal with that for a while.
Until now. I am training for a 5K race on mothers' day and I have been wearing a tight sports bra to run and exercise. Apparently I need to take the sports bra off immediately after I run because I have had constant clogged ducts this week! UGGGHHH! At least the running is getting easier!
