I'd forgotten about the walking and nursing, I had to do that with Audrey for a while after I'd gone back to work and she'd got used to the bottle. I'd get home and try to nurse her and she'd throw a fit! For a couple of weeks I gave up on that feed and pumped when I got home, but eventually she got back on track.

I think it's exactly that (what Karen said) even with the bottles he'll scream if I don't place it in his mouth the second he's hungry.

I did try to pump and I can't get much out. I get about 1oz....I know that's not enough. it's been over 24 hrs and breasts don't even hurt

I wonder if the c-sec has anything to do with it?

I had a c-sec and my milk always came out fast

(I seriously thought i would drown him with the milk cause there was so much lol)
If you think you may have a low milk suppy you can try eating oatmeal, take fenugreek, and drink lots of water. I forget how much but I think it is like 1 really big glass after each time you nurse or something like that. I am sure the other ladies on the board can help you out some more.

I had a c-sect and it doesn't affect your milk supply at all.
Pumping doesn't stimulate the breasts the way baby does and it rarely is as good as the real thing.
Try pumping with Lazaro in front of you. BUT, make sure you've been drinking at least one large glass of water every 2 hours. (like right before he's supposed to eat every meal) This is the minimum amount of water you should be drinking. If you don't drink the water, your body has no liquid to make milk with.
