pump and dump.

it'll be really hard - all that liquid gold, but you can continue to pump and dump the milk until you're off the antibiotics.

I had to do that when I had some special tests done when Andrew was a newborn and I had pneumonia.
I didn't have to dump but for a day, then the antibiotics I got were okay for BFing.

Can you ask for a different antibiotic? Otherwise, pump and dump is your only choice.

I'm sure you probably have a stockpile, or you can give him formula for a week.

I am not sure of your dx, but if I were having diarrhea, the last thing I would want to take is an antibiotic! Anitbiotics always give me diarrhea, not the other way around. Have you tried probiotics for your tummy? My Seth had C.difficle as a baby and we totally cured him with probiotics...even the UNC specialists told us to give them to him.
