Default ? and kinda vent

I'm not breast feeding, but I am 4 wks pp and my breasts are still leaking milk, I've been wearing a bra since the day after my ds was born and don't know what to do, I'm so uncomfortable and can not figure out why they won't dry up, I know when i BF my other son when I was done they dried up quickly, Any advice would really be appreciated. Tonight I might just take my bra off and see if they stop leaking after a while, but I'm kinda scared that they might get engorged and I'll have to start all over, HELP... Thanks if you made it this long.

just keep on wearing the bra and don't pump or stimulate. Sometimes it takes longer to dry up. Especially at first ---

NO stimulation AT ALL - that includes dh and even the shower beating on them. Also try taking some Sudafed every 6 hours for a few doses, if the doctor ok's that for you.

Works wonders!

A girl I know wrapped an ace bandage around her breasts and didn't even get them wet in the shower or anything.
