I never leaked either & it took 2-3 days for my milk to come it too.

I think most if not all hospitals have lactation consultations. Make sure you talk to her when in the hospital and make an appt with one afterwards if you are still unsure.

also if your getting a c-section somtimes it take a bit longer for your milk to come in so dont feel overwhelemd if they baby dont take to it right away just keep at it becaue the more the baby nurses the faster your milk will come in if you have to supplement do it after letting the baby nurse for a while first, that way he or she get's to try nursing first and your body can figure out how much milk it should make for the babys needs.

Most people don't leak... so I think you're fine... the key to getting your milk to come in is to let the baby nurse as much as it wants to after he/she is born, that stimulates the milk production.

I leaded form like 30 weeks on, however. I leaked so much I had to wear breast pads...

I don't think its the labor that triggers your milk but the removal of the placenta. My sister's doctor screwed up & left part of the placenta & her milk never came in. I had 2 c/sections & had no problems BFing within a few hours of birth. I don't know when exactly my milk came in, but I know it wasn't within an abnormal time.
