Unhappy oatmeal???
thanks to all for the advice what kind of oatmeal? can it be the little flavor packets? any kind of oatmeal? i am a bit confused on this i have never heard of it. also i was taking a combo of fenugreek and blessed thistle is it better to take fenugreek alone. thanks girls. I am still not having much luck with the biting i am trying to pump and hand express not dealing well with either.just about ready to give it up.

as far as I know... any kind of oatmeal works..
even oatmeal cookies.
