Default Oh man!

This child should not need to eat for the next 3 days! I am not exagerating when I tell ya'll, he's ate once every hour all day! I can't see how he has been hungry this much. I guess growth spurt? I read about cluster feeding but don't really understand it or why they do it.
Any ideas? Or is he just hungry?

My guess would be growth spurt.
It will pass. My dh would leave for work and find me in the same spot on the couch he left me!

Growth spurts happen at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months, so he's right on schedule.

Yep, that's a growth spurt! I was so scared when my DS had his first one as no-one had warned me about them and I was convinced that my milk had dried up and phoned my mom in tears! I feel so daft when I think about it now!

Classic growth spurt! Rudi is right about the approximate timing of spurts and Gus is right at the 3-week mark. Cutie, hungry guy!
