Question Ouch!

Dd has been nursing pretty much since she was born (I had to pump for a few days while she was in the NICU, but that's a different story) So basically for almost 10 months now. Lately my n ipples have been VERY sore and it makes it horrible to try and feed her. It started out just as one side, but now it's both. I'm not sure if it's bc I'm pg (although I'm 20 weeks now) or maybe my bra's don't fit right and they are rubbing or what... I've been wearing sports bras the last few days in hopes of that helping. It helped one side, but the side that started in the first place is still so sore.

Any ideas? I don't have actual sores, it just HURTS!
