a pad (sanitary napkin) can double as a breastpad when you run out and can't make it to the only place in town that sells your favorite brand and you refuse to spend money on any other kind.
 
Luckily I only had to do that for one day.

That is true! I would only used the cloth washable kinds so I always had them on hand! lol
