Hmmm....I've never used those. I like the Medela ones.

I read that in a magazine once! It was about cutting costs as a new mom in this economy. I think actually said to use panty-liners cut in half or something. Seem like it may be too thin though. Never tried it, but I'll keep it in mind for next time!

LOL my SIL said she did that 35 yrs ago. I don't know if they didn't sell nursing pads or if she didn't have the money to buy them.

I've done that too! I also got caught out once with no baby, no pump, soaked through my breast pad and ended up with a cloth diaper (burp rag) in my shirt until I could get home to the baby! LOL It was only for about 30 minutes!

I like the Medela ones the best!
