congrats on your pregnancy!

I think the ladies had some awesome tips. I just wanted to add that water is so crucial during bfing or pumping. since you want to pump exsclusively, I would even drink more because it is harder for some to get an adequate supply from a pump alone.

The lanisnoh (sp?) works wonders and I put it on my nipples after each feeding for the first two weeks. I got masititis 3 times when nursing DD. I had a major case of over abundance.

Latex nipples worked for DD when I began introducing the bottle at 6 months...but Jake wont have anything to do with them. He prefers silicone. DS#1 would take absolutely anything!

It is such a personal experience and I think it is awesome to look into this way in advance so that you can be educated with whatever decision you decide on
