  • My dd is now three weeks old and I've been bf'ing with no problems. But the last couple days I've noticed that when I start feeding her my breasts feel like they're swelling momentarily. It doesn't really hurt, but it's kind of annoying. Are they going to keep doing this?

  • no they won't do that for long.
In fact, it won't be long before they deflate alltogether and you're back to your normal size all day/night-- even if you're still BFing. Your body is still adapting and adjusting to the routines you're creating.

Just an overabundance of milk glands. When your body figures out how much to make, it will adjust.
    Keep up the good work!!!
