Erin set her own night time waking routine by about 5 or 6 weeks. She would get up 2 times a night at the same time each night, then she cut down to one time a night. A few weeks after that she settled into a day routine too. She is now like clockwork with eating and sleeping. She sleeps 10-11 hours at night (in a row) and takes a 3 hour nap each afternoon. She eats at 7, 10:30, 3, 6 & 7:45. She is now 16 weeks old. I never tried tog et her on a schedule, she did it herself. Each day usually only varies by less than 30 minutes in either direction.

we are now down to 2 feeds at night. its been this way for 3 days now...i hope it lasts!
