Default milk info

Hi I just reccently read a article on wholesomebabyfood.com that said the reason why dr's say not to introduce milk till 12mo is becasue the fear that parents will quit giving them breast milk or formula and that milk does not have the nutrition that an infant needs for the main course !!! but if you are giving it to them as a drink and not a meal it should be fine . and if you dont want to give it to them I would think theres no problem with that because breast milk has far more nutrients. you could give him breast milk in a sippy

that website has really good info for introducing foods

hope that helps ya
