if you're supplementing it should be with formula, not water.

Water water Oatmeal Rest

There are other herbs like fenugreek

I would nurse, formula, pump..

and yes the amount you pump is nowhere NEAR what you make. I can only pump 9 oz from both breasts in a day, and Addi eats 12 when I'm gond.
However with her my supply is great! (I can actually feel the milk there when I pump and nothing comes out)

Have an all day nursing session, when you just drink go to the bathroom lay in bed watch tv and nurse on demand. He's hungry nurse the left side and then the right side and then if he is still hungry offer the left again... then formula.

Default my low milk supply

Here is what I do for my supply.

I drink plenty of water. I use a product called Breastea from I too use a hospital grade breast pump. I will breastfeed until my son is full. Then I will pump about ten minutes (both breasts) with the pump. I breastfeed as much as I can, but I also pump as well. Even during the night I will get up every 3 - 4 hours to pump. It's helped my milk supply a lot. I hope this helps out!
