Here's an interesting fact most people dont know:
if your baby's "diaper rash" continues without improving at all for more than 36 hours, its almost certainly not diaper rash. There are many skin issues than can seem like diaper rash, but diaper rash will almost always get better within 36 hours.
If it lasts longer, it could be yeast or it could be something completely different.
I've also been reading about pH levels in soiled diapers, and how they injure a baby's skin. I've been using "BabyPaste5.0" because it protects pH levels. It's worked great for me so far...
