Default Vitamins?
I was wondering if any one of your babies pediatritians suggested vitamin supplements (Tri-Vi-Sol with Iron which has vitamins A,C, D and Iron)? Our ped said that since breastmilk does not have vitamin D and Iron in it, he recommends it. We got it for Avery and I've been giving it to her for the past 3 days.
Anyone else is giving their babies vitamin supplements?

My first daughter was perscribed it.. and I gave it to her all of a week. and then i thought about it.. They don't need it.. I did some research and learned that they don't infact need it. they do suggest it. though. When I had my second daughter I had a diffrent ped and he said a flat out NOPE they dont need it! which made me feel better. so again, I think its up to you.

I was told to continue with my prenatal vitimans and he wouldn't need to take anything.

My ped recommended it, since we get so little sun in the winter months.
