I'm glad that everything is back to normal but...THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL!!! The first few days your milk is on hyperdrive, and then once you and your little one get into a routine, your supply adjusts to what the baby needs.

If you *need* the extra then by all means keep pumping away - it will increase your supply... but as long as the baby isn't fretful after feeding, and sleeps for 2-3 hours (if under 2 months old) after each feeding then everything is perfect.

Also babies have a growth spurt at 2 weeks and 6 weeks where you think all they're ding is eating and it makes a lot of people question the supply. You'll know if the baby's hungry!

Thanks for the input!!!!!

I am pumping only, so I am able to measure how much is coming out during each pumping session. It has went up and down off and on for the last 8 weeks, but its still producing. I have been taking Fenugreek for a few weeks but I'm not really seeing a difference. Oh well, as long as I'm pumping enough to keep the fridge stocked for him, then I'm happy.

What is fenugreek? Is it a vitamin or something? Where do I get it? Oh and thanks everyone for the suggestions! Today I'm getting slightly more than yesterday, but still not as much as before.
You can get it in tablets at the health food store. They sometimes sell tablets in the vitamin section at the grocery store.

For sure at the health food store. Ask them about it and they'll give you more instructions.

I used the tablets for increasing milk supply when my son was little.

Hope this helps!
