Milk blisters are literally that, blisters right on your nipple that are full of milk. They hurt like heck and my personal solution (which my DH HATES) is to pop them with a pin and then have DD nurse to clear out the milk that's collected.

That sounds awful!

When I got very sore I used these pads that were like jelly and they were actually for burn wounds. They cleared up the problem so quickly.

Hm, my supply always is low before AF as well. I'm glad things are going better for you!

Good point! I notice when AF shows my nipples get very sore too!
