What's happening to my milk supply?

I have been exclusively pumping my breastmilk for 3 weeks now (since baby was born). Everything has been going perfectly. My milk came in with no problems on day 3. I was getting around 3-4oz on each side at each pumping. Suddenly starting last night I'm only getting about 1-2oz in each during each pumping. Also they are not getting that full feeling anymore. Is my milk going away already for some reason? Has this happened to anyone else on here that has breastfed or pumped? I'm really hoping that my milk isn't disappearing, I'm not sure if there is something I can do?

Well, since it just started, I wouldn't freak out just yet. It could have been a fluke, one time thing. Maybe the boobs were having an "off" day, lol.

How long are you pumping for? Maybe your breasts are getting too used to the time and you may need to extend it a little?

My milk supply started going down around 4 months and I started drinking lots of water, getting plenty of rest, & taking fenugreek. And trying to breastfeed as much as I could on the weekends. These things did seem to help, but eventually it did get to the point where pumping was no longer worth it, so we stopped completely (breastfeeding too) at about 9 months.

I'd keep pumping, maybe extending your pumping sessions by 5 minutes or pumping slightly more frequently.

Eat some oatmeal, try the fenugreek, and contact your local LC.

What is fenugreek? Is it a vitamin or something? Where do I get it? Oh and thanks everyone for the suggestions! Today I'm getting slightly more than yesterday, but still not as much as before.
