What am I doing wrong?
I've been breastfeeding since my baby was born in april and can never pump more than 4 oz in a sitting. I pump or she nurses every 2 hours until empty. Any advice? I'm beating myself up about this :/

Since your child has born in April, then you have to continue breastfeeding up to six months. I would personally advise you to first feed yourself then feed your baby. Our body takes time for breast feeding. So it's advisable to eat something in 1 or 2 hours.

I have been taking care of myself, vitamins, meals, milk & rest. I just can't seem to produce enough :(

You don't need to worry about how much milk your pumping out if you're exclusively bf as long as baby is thriving. I used to bf my lo and when he was done eating pump for 15-20 mins to stimulate more milk supply. Worked for me! Hope this helps!

Hi, better eat more leafy vegetables because it will help you produce more milk and do not drink anything that has caffeine because it can dry out your milk. I hope this helps, good luck.
