  • I get this a lot when I am on the Baby Corner. I've cleaned out my internet history. Does anybody know what else may help?




    Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage


    Most likely causes:
    [LIST]
  • You are not connected to the Internet.
  • The website is encountering problems. [*]There might be a typing error in the address.[/LIST]

  • Internet connectivity has been lost.
  • The website is temporarily unavailable.
  • The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
  • The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain. [*]If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.[/LIST]For offline users

    You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
    To view subscribed feeds[LIST=1][*]Click the Favorites Center button

  • Click Tools

  • Hmm- not sure.

    I'm moving this to the tech support area so that someone from Admin can look into it.

  • I get that quite often at work. Not just using TBC though. It happens on a lot of webpages for me. I'm told by my IT support that it's because so many of my work programs are internet based and I need to delete cookies pretty often.
     


    Have you cleared your cookies? Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies.

  • Yes, I cleared cookies & browsing history also.

    I know its not a problem at TBC because the other computer works fine.

  • Could it be my router or wireless card even though my email works fine?
