s for all the families!! My heart sunk yesterday when I heard the news, I had to call my mom and see where my cousion is stationed, but he is @ camp pendelton CA.

I agree that our men &women that fight for our country do not get the help they need when returning from deployment, injured or not. hklord thank your husband from my family to yours.

My heart sank when I heard the news about this yesterday. My best friend and her husband is stationed there at Ft Hood and another good friend of mines nephew who I have know for 15 years is stationed there as well. They are all safe but didn't get updates from either of them till late last night.
My husband is Active duty and its really hard for me to understand how someone could do this. This man was military and was a doctor, he was supposed to help these people with there problems.
I know have to really get past the thought that my husband,friends and family can be killed on base and when deployed.
Hklord I agree these people don't get the help they need when they get home. I know my husband was distant with me for a week after his last deployment. Its really sad to know that now they cant trust there brothers/sisters in the military.
I hope that Ft Hood can get some closure and some feeling of security again.
