D@mn, its not how it use to be. They make it really hard to get the job. I sent in my resume to this company, ironically right near my old place, and recieved an email from them that Im a good candidate. I have to go through 4 processes...4!

First I need to take an online test, which she sent me the link and my username, but no password. I tried to enter w/o a password and no go....so I wind up having to email the person back and ask for a password. Im a missing something? She literally wrote username: email address password: blank....hmmmmm

If I pass that test, I then need to go to the office and take a logic test.

Next, if I passed the previous test, I then would go to their office and could potentially be there for up to 6 hours based on how I perform in the technical exercises and scenarios.

THEN finally I would have an interview w/ the COO/CEO...

Im gonna pass out just reading it. Very intimidating! :|

Ugh, that sounds awful! I didn't have to do anything like that....maybe it is specific to that company or the sort of work that you do?

I know right! I dont know....when my aunt was looking for a job about 6 months ago, so had to at least go through several interviews and its not the same field Im going for.

I email the company last name and provided me w/ the password and it STILL doesnt work. UGH! Just want to get this process going already! And obviously I have to do it while the kids are at school or when theyre sleeping.
