Default Itunes is fantastic

I was looking at my credit card bills and noticed alot of $$ going to Itunes so I sent them an email asking to check into it. Then I did a little searching and realized its on Leanna's account, not Rachels and the charges are legitimate.

1st I gave them the wrong account name but they found it anyway (!!!!) , and also they are refunding $72.51 to me even though the charges are correct! I didn't ask for the charges to be refunded but she did it anyway!!!

How is that for customer service!


Oh, and now I've taken the credit card info out of Itunes and the girls have to buy gift cards if they want to buy on Itunes from now on! (Better late than never...)

That is so encouragin that some company is training phone reps right.

Actually not phone reps - everything goes thru email. I don't think I've ever seen a contact phone number.

I was getting very frustrated trying to find the right location to ask the right question and finally looked up an old email I had from a prior download problem. Actually going thru their troubleshooting questionaire and help section is a major pain but I now know it can be bypassed by sending an email to iTunesStoreSupport@apple.com .
