This started last night at around 5pm. I keep getting this faint twinge, like a muscle spasm in my left knee. It doesn't really hurt just annoying and it's not constant but consistent enough for me to keep noticing every hour or so. It didn't keep me awake so I have no idea if it did it through the night but when I woke up this morning the same thing. It's now 2pm and has been 20+ hours. Is it just stress or something? Anyone ever had this? I mean I've had twitches or spasms before but usually they just go away soon

a person can get a twinge for days and weeks.
Some people have been recorded to have the hiccups (a spasm) for years~

I'm sure it's just a muscle spasm that you need to let it run it's course.

I've had that before in my knee too. I'm not sure what it is. It just finally went away on its own. I'm sorry that I'm not any more help!

I would think that it was a pinched nerve or muscle spasm. I hope that it goes away.
