I'm hoping that all our UK friends here are safe at home in a warm and dry place.

I hear that the floods are horrid right now and there are many deaths and that people are told to simply stay home. (and problems with the railways too?

)

I hope the flooding stops soon and people can dry out and get back to a 'normal' life.

I see that more rains and flooding are still in the forecast.

I just read an article that said with the global warming, these floods will most likely be alot more common every year.

I hope that the country(ies) can build flood systems that will be able to handle these flooding situations in the future since it's going to be more common.
