So if you go somewhere, you pay for everything? I guess I'm a little confused on what they are responsible for using their money for, and what you just pay for.

Mainly yes. But they normally don't get things when we go to stores. I might buy them dollar bubbles or crap like that if we've been out shopping for a while and they are good.

I don't remind them to bring their money unless they have specifically wanted something and I know we're going to that store.

Any money they get for GC for birthdays and such is theres to spend. Cash they put away for savings. Money they earn they have to put some in their savings banks, some in their wallets to spend and some to give to church or other charities.
 


I don't mind them buying things but they really don't need any toys and so if they want it bad enough they will wait till we go to the store and remember to bring their wallet. Now if it's for a birthday GC or something I make a special trip to let them use it.
