Default big, hardcore bummer!

Well since our open house wasnt in the paper (or who knows why) there were only 4 people who came to our open house.
First couple- didn't like the layout of the downstairs but said the price was awesome
Second person- said the kitchen counters need updated but is just starting to look and possibly buy a house
Third couple- Loved absolutely everything about it, but just put their condo up for sale a week or so ago.
Fourth person- I think was a nosey neighbor who has her house up for sale somewhere. She wanted a copy of the property disclosure wanting to know what was wrong with our house with it being priced so low.
 


I thought that might happen-- where people think something is wrong with the house because it's priced lower. BUT it'ss only 1440 sq ft (but looks way bigger) and the price is competitive for the neighborhood.

Hang in there. It'll happen. We had lots of "odd" feedback, too. One person wanted us to add a kitchen to the basement.
 
One couple wanted us to add a second garage.
 


So hang in there--the crazies will be weeded out and you'll find that one person. If it's priced that competitively, it'll definitely sell within a reasonable amount of time. Maybe you'll get an offer to go with your BFP in a couple of weeks!!

Yeah my RL BFF said "I can't believe you're selling your house and trying to get knocked up at thesame time!"
I replied-- "eh, one of them's bound to fall though, right?"
We shall see
 

One nice thing is we have a home. We aren't desperate to get out and if we have to stay here, we can.
