you know, you can look on Zillow.com and punch in the addresses and get ariel pictures of the homes. This is very helpful to see boundry lines and what the neighbors are doing to their yards (ie: keeping them up or not)
I'd say the first one that you just posted doesn't do anything for me. The house is nice and all.... but the yard could be so much more! this is such a tiny yard, it seems like all the others are so much larger in comparison.
The last link looks like the house is on Golf Course land.. or ajacent to it... - so I'd assume that this property probably has gold course priveledges. That would be a bonus, no?
And from the outside, it looks like a nice house.

oh, and I also wanted to let you know (in case you hadn't already done so) that on all the properties you've linked so far, the asking price has always been lower than what zillow had it valued at. Except that last one. The last one has an asking price higher than zillow. So I'd be pretty confident that the price can be lowered considerably.

Well... The golf course is one street over and.... we don't golf, at all, isnt' that funny?

Our property values are sagging somewhat-- because lots of people bought at the height of the RE market and now their houses arent worth as much.

that is pretty funny. AT least you know that the land won't be over developed. Birds and wildlife will remain abundant which is nice also.

what's nice about zillow is if you know what the market is doing compared to what zillow is doing, it's a pretty nice extra gague.
For instance, all the homes are currently being put on the market for about 5,000 under what zillow says they're worth. If you find a home that is on the market for significantly less than zillow, or more than zillow, you know that those particular homes, aren't following the same value model that all the other ones are following and it probably is a good idea to do a closer market analysis if you become seriously interested in either of them.

I really like the last house (even though it has no inside pics).

BTW -- your property taxes are awesome!!!

Here is a link for a home that is about equal to the ones you've been posting -- but in my area.... Check the price and the taxes -- those are only school taxes -- doesn't include town I don't think.

Here's a colonial --
