Your housing market looks similar to ours. The taxes are about the same and prices of the houses only slightly higher. I still really like the 1st one.It just depends on how much of an issue it is that they smoked. We have places here that come in and clean up after fires and floods...I'd probaly hire someone like that to try to clean out all teh nicotein smell. My parents used to have a house in Washington that had been smoked in. My bedroom was partially underground and my walls would sweat nicotine! I can't even tell you how unbelieveably gross that is!

Wow! That is a lot of $.

That's gross about your room sweating nicotine. One good thing is that it seems like the person only smokes in the kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms and the living room/ rest of the downstairs doesn't smell at all.
