WOW! Can I move in with one of you? My mortgage payments add up to roughly $2800 per month! That does include about $7000 per year property tax and insurance, but wow!
We don't pay pmi, and we have a 30 year loan with a rate that is either 6.26 or 6.5.

We pay $745 a month that includes taxes and insurance, and we have a 5.75% rate. We bought our house about 1 year before there was a crazy boom in our housing prices. We bought our house for $95,000 in 2001 and could get close to $300K for it right now.

We pay about $1200/mo on a 30 yr mortgage with an interest rate of 6.25 (or 6.5, can't recall). That includes property tax and home owners insurance that goes into the escrow account each year. I'm pretty sure we carry PMI too since it was an FHA loan and we only put 1% down. We would like to refinance and consolidate some high interest credit cards into a single payment, but we're stuck in the process right now of trying to find out what our house might be worth and we're hoping not to have to actually get it appraised in order to get the loan we need.

We had the house built new in 2004 and it was $150,000 at the time we purchased it.

we just paid our off in january but the payments were 674/month..we always sent a minimum of 1000/month with the extra going on the principal...when we bought it in 97 the interest was about 7% and 2 years later we refinanced and got a rate of 4.75%...if i can remember maybe 350/month was principal, rest going to escrow

Our payment is around $2400.00 / month and I believe that includes taxes and insurance. We put a good chunch of money down so we don't pay PMI. We try and pay off at the very least an extra mortgage payment a year, but this year we hope to do 2 or 3. We lucked out and bought our house right before the craziness of the market happened here. We could get close to double our money if we sold today, but wherever we'd go would be a lot of money to buy.

That is so great you got yours paid off.
