Arrow Preschool costs

I know we've discussed this before but I thought with a new group of ladies visiting, it was worth rehashing. A friend of mine recently wrote that of the preschools in her area, the cheapest was 3 X's what we pay.

If you send your child to preschool, how often does s/he go and for how long each day? How much is the tuition? Do you think that the tuition is reasonable? What is your overall opinion of the preschool?

Char will also go 2 days/week for 2.5 hours each time. Her tuition is $80/month. When she's 4, she'll go 3 days/week for 2.5 hours each day. Then, tuition will be $105.

We LOVE this preschool. In fact, the home we bought last year is the parsonage for a church that has a preschool. We could literally walk through our backyard and into the parking lot of the church. But we like "our" preschool so much that we're driving 15 minutes away to take Char to that one.

My friend said that the preschool tuitions in her area are more than $300/month.

Are you kidding??

We just visited a school today that I believe will be the one- it is 2 days a week for 3 hours and 110 a month.

I really wanted to go montessori but the program is 5200 a year (5 days a week- 7 hour days) and that's just much too much time away from us and really seems like too much for a 3 year old.
