Default Price Books for groceries?

Has anyone made a price book for groceries? The book I'm reading suggests this but I'm wondering if its worth the effort. Has anyone here benefited from this? Thanks in advance for any info.

I haven't, but I have a fairly good memory on prices of items I buy regularly.

The price book is a small notebook that you record prices of your favorite items in. Usually it consists of the date, price, and store. Its used to track sales and to be sure that you are getting the best possible price for your groceries. The author of this book I'm reading states that it will save you money but I'm not sure its worth all the effort. I too kinda keep track of where things are the cheapest. Anyway wasn't sure if anyone here keeps such a notebook and finds it useful. Hope this helps to explain. Have a wonderful week!!!!

Ahh, I got ya. Nope, I haven't used one of those. I can see where it might be useful, but also where it might just be more hassle than it's worth.
