We had the 2 showings today, and I can't wait to hear what the feedback was. Or heck, I hope we get an offer!

don't hold your breath, though.

I know it's so hard to be patient, but you'll likely have to keep the house clean and vacate for a whole lotta showings before you actually get one offer written.

for a hole-in-one, though.

OH... I know. I meant I'm waiting for the feedback. The realtor will get feedback reports for both showings and then tell us what they said. I guess I'm excited because the couple things about the house that are kind of "eh" are out in the open. There's a pic of the small kitchen, the sq footage is on the listing, and the counterops are in plain view in the pics. The people came anyway.... so I'm just interested to see what the feedback was.

We didn't always get feedback....
does YOUR realtor do the showings? or do the buyer's realtors do the showings?
Because here, it's the buyer's realtor who does the showings and oftentimes, realtor to realtor communcation isn't very good. (not because my realtor didn't try, though, my realtor is very good about that stuff)

And you never know what matters to someone. My favorite kitchen happened to be my galley kitchen when we lived in San Jose. It wasn't very large, but it was NICE to work in!

When we were selling my grandfather's house, the other realtors were pretty good about getting back to mine. Sometimes she'd have to hound them but usually they would get back to her.
