I could guarantee that at least 1/3 the people who buy those are buying them to replace highchairs or to use to feed their babies etc.
Then again, there are ALOT of parents who use those types of contraptions.. (walkers, exersaucers, bouncers, swings, etc) to 'entertain' their baby while they go out of the room (even for a second) to do stuff.. You KNOW that happens.
