I understand the danger.. but why the hell would you have him in this thing ON A KITCHEN TABLE !?!?! If he were on the floor where it's meant to be used he wouldn't have busted open his skull..

the 2 cases sighted had both kids up high ie. tabletop or countertop..

I've had Addi on a countertop, but I was RIGHT there because I was feeding her. I wouldn't even turn away for a minute.

I am not the least bit surprised.
You think that people aren't going to put those things up on tables or countertops?

I could guarantee that at least 1/3 the people who buy those are buying them to replace highchairs or to use to feed their babies etc.

Then again, there are ALOT of parents who use those types of contraptions.. (walkers, exersaucers, bouncers, swings, etc) to 'entertain' their baby while they go out of the room (even for a second) to do stuff.. You KNOW that happens.
So I'm not the slightest bit surprised to hear that the babies are falling out of the chairs.
