Hey you guys!
Sorry for taking so long to get back here. Life's a bit like that isnt it. Great to hear from you all and all your news.
Congrats Bethann, how about that! mUST check back in April then to see what you have.
Susanne so wonderful to hear about your daughter, I bet you are in awe of her everyday. Is she crawling yet?
Glinda, supermum, you must be one busy mummy. Don't know
if it gets easier or harder when they get older. At least you get more sleep but then they need more entertaining and supervising don't they!
Hi Tracey, thanks for dropping by to say hello, good to hear from you.
Well Rhyan Peter was born on November 8th weighing 9 pounds and 2 ounzes. Within hrs of his birth he was transferred to another hospital as he had fluid on his lungs and was really struggling to breath. He ended up being fully respirated and got an infection and was really a sick little boy for 2 weeks. So for awhile there it was close and pretty challenging time me in one hospital and him in another, expressing twice a day, getting someone to drive me to hospital and juggling the other 2 kids. Anyway once he turned the corner he made a fast recovery and was released from hospital but had someone come out from the hospital everyday to check him for a few weeks.
He's now 3 months and doing great and looks to have no ongoing problems. They said it is rare in a baby of that gestation and size to have difficulties like he did but it does happen. Really makes your heart go out to those premmie babies.
Dylan is 2 1/2 and a georgeous and busy little boy. He is bonkers about Thomas the Tank engine.
Analeise is 5 now and started school last week. (the start of our school year is February as its summer here). So she's gone 5 days a week so its just me and the boys. Makes you realise just how fast those first 5 years go.
Well hope you are all well and stay in touch ok!
Jahbee
