I think, besides Ted, Jeffrey and Charles, another of the worst was William Gacy. He was a real sicko!

Locally there was a guy who murdered and chopped up a 14 yr old girl and then buried her in his basement and under his porch. My company had the wonderful job of boarding up the house and cleaning out all of his sick pictures from the attic. This guy had gutted the whole inside to hide the crime and was remodeling while living with custody of his 5 children on the other side of town. While in police custody he managed to hang himself with a telephone cord closed into a desk drawer. Not that I care that he died, I am thankful for the savings of tons of tax dollars, but I think his death is a bit fishy
